Located downtown Nashville, in Historic Printers Alley is legendary for the best in live blues. In the 50's, 60's and 70's, this club was the home to the Boots Randolph Carousel Club. In the early 80's, Boot's moved across the alley to a new location. Boot's officially retired from the club business shortly afterward.
Around 1990, the Captain's Table moved into these quarters from it's original location at the corner of Printer's Alley and Church Street. A fixture in Printer's Alley for over 50 years was owned and operated by Mickey Criechter. Mickey finally left the club business around 1999.
